4/15/2009 Personal service at it's best!
I have to say that I am nervous about ordering online. After seeing the great prices that Two Wheel Touring had I decided to take a chance. Not only did I get the jacket that I really wanted at a great price, I actually received a phone call when the jacket was shipped one day late. They kept me informed and my jacket was at my door two days later.

Your price for a jacket i purchased for my Girl Friend is the best.
I searched the website and happy to say that your price can not be beaten.
All though i live in Canada and have to pay the extra for the exchange rate and shipping and handling you are without a doubt the best for the price. Your service and fast communication also impressed me. To be honest,even if i didn't`t want to buy anything from you,i would as you so first class and i feel that it is such a pleasure to deal with such a company. I am indeed a very happy customer and look forward to placing all my orders with you. It is good old fashioned service at its best.

6/29/2009 I really liked the large selection of men's jackets and the way they were organized by type.
There are plenty of places that cater to the sport bike crowd or the HD set, but there are a fair handful of us that would like something in between, and this site gives us a great selection! Better yet, I was able to get a very good quality leather AND a leather-mesh hybrid for about the price of just 1 similar leather at our local bike 'superstore'.
I was a little leery about ordering jackets over the web, but the fit is great and the service was excellent.

6/2011 Turned potential bad experience into pleasant purchase

The customer service is awesome. Trish is so patient and polite. I ordered a jacket that was listed as in stock but was unavailable. After waiting for the manufacturer some time with no avail, Trish went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that I received what I was looking for and got me a great jacket.

9/2011 Stuck it out til the vendor came through
Ordered a DGD-KIM. Even with a back order of the product from the manufacturer, "receiving a used return" part from the mfg, and several delays in getting the correct new part(all delays and issues were manufacturer problems, not TWT) Two Wheel Touring finally beat down the manufacturer to "make it correct". All the while providing prompt and pleasant follow up emails in the process. Trish stood her ground and made sure that the vendor made good on the issues. It took some time, but TWT and Trish stuck with it till the end to make sure we were satisfied customers. I would gladly purchase from them again, knowing that they will make sure everything is as it should be. The customer service was exceptional. The kind you don't see any more these days. I was truly impressed.

After much hemming and hawing, I bought a First jacket with Trish's recommendation via several e-mails back and forth. I was very happy with the quality, fit and style of the jacket. (I did modify it by removing the hoodie and zipper completely - my plan before the purchase). The jacket made it to me overnight! And a couple people have already looked at it and said "wow - nice jacket". I liked the jacket so much I bought a First vest too! Same service - spot on! Thanks Trish. Would you recommend our store? Early this year I purchased two 'Chatter Box XBI' units and a 'BTA' from Two Wheel Touring. However, I could not get the BTA to work properly and since I was about to have major surgery performed on my I was not able to follow-up on the problem. Six months later Two Wheel Touring came to my aid with outstanding service. They looked up to receipt from several months before, submitted it to the vendor and smoothed the way with them for me to receive a new BTA which works properly. Thank you Two Wheel Touring for your extensive and outstanding service when others would have said to 'forget it, buy a new one'. I have, and will continue to recommend to all I can.

Trish at Two Wheel Touring went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I ordered a First Classics jacket on Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I had been torn between 2 First Classics styles, and ordered the FIL179. That night, I couldn't sleep, thinking that I had made a mistake and should of ordered the FIL129, which is more minimalist and more me. On Saturday morning, I saw an email from Trish confirming receipt of my order and I immediately called her to try to intercept my order. She happily took my call, despite the fact that she was at Busch Gardens with her young grandchildren. In real time, she checked the style I wanted and emailed her sales rep to initiate the change, with the aim of getting the change order logged before my original order shipped (thus spare me the 20% exchange fee). She followed up with her rep later that weekend and kept me informed of her progress. She successfully changed my order and my jacket arrived in perfect condition 2 days later. Thanks again Trish!
